The meal started out so well.  Great fresh juices and hot fresh bread with butter and olive tapenade. Then it descended into the worst meal of the trip. This was to be the fresh caught seafood indulgence, but was instead just disappointment. Appetizers of scallops and mussels; both were poorly cooked, and likely frozen. We still had hope for the main courses of grilled shrimp and seafood risotto. Epic fail on the shrimp, tasted overcooked and definitely not ‘catch of the day’ as advertized. Gordon was luckier; excellent risotto, delicious seafood-infused rice, but the seafood on top was the same as mine, likely frozen. Given how bad the food was, we abandoned the coffee and dessert, a big sacrifice given they had pistachio creme brulee.  We spoke to the head of food and beverage, Kamron, who we met the first day and spoke to daily, and he promptly removed it from our bill. Kamron for the win!
