Reconnaissance: The Chedi

We were told The Chedi was one on the nicest places to stay in Muscat but decided on Shangri-La instead. When we realized we could do a day pass to The Chedi, we decided to go check it out. They were so nice and let us walk through the entire property just to see if we liked it. It was late afternoon, but even with the umbrellas closed and the pool quiet, it was gorgeous. It was a quick yes, just a matter of when we were going to book. One of the most beautiful and tranquil hotels I’ve ever seen.
